The PIP program is our way of thanking you for your diligence in representing TASC. In 2024, the 20 top-producing Individual Group Providers (minimum group business worth $30,000) and 30 top-producing Agency Group Providers (minimum group business worth $40,000) will qualify for this trip.
All program incentives are based on production value as such: Declared Value of Annualized Fees x Production Value Multiplier = Production Value.
TASC’s PIP program incentives are earned as follows:
- Production value for all Universal Benefit Account and COBRA Service sales equals 2.0 times the declared value of the first-year administrative fees.
- Production value for all other TASC sales will equal 1.0 times the declared value of the first-year administrative fees.
- Even TASC Free HSA service will earn you a production value of $4 per participant per month on the incentive trip.
Quarterly Bonus Incentive
On the way to earning a trip to Naples, TASC providers can earn an unlimited amount in cash rewards through our quarterly bonus program, an unrivaled perk that is offered for each TASC service sold. This boost is simply the best in the business and increases your income on new and renewed TASC sales. Providers earn a 7.5% bonus each quarter that they reach a minimum of $7,500 in sales, and it’s a cumulative award that builds as you book business throughout the year.
